Kevin Keast is a retired Coast Guard Officer and senior federal government employee with over 32 years of combined service. Kevin's successful military career presented some unique experiences and placed him in several challenging leadership positions, including Commanding Officer of a Coast Guard cutter and a Naval Surface Warfare Officer.

Kevin currently serves in a senior cybersecurity role for the United States Coast Guard. He oversees a portfolio of cutting-edge cybersecurity tools that are foundational to protecting Coast Guard assets and operational IT systems. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. Kevin is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) expert, and volunteers as a key member of the Board of Directors for PM Training Services Corp.
