 THE KICKOFF M
 EETING (AN OVERVIEW) The meeting will kick off with an overview of the pro
 gram including goals and potential benefits. We will also discuss the ment
 orship cycle.
 
 THE KICKOFF MEETING (THE MATCHING PROCESS): Next would 
 be the matching process. We have come up with a fun approach to matching p
 eople. We call it “speed dating”. Participants chat with 5 people for 
 3-5 minutes to get to know them better. This would help in matching mentor
 /mentee teams.
 
 THE MECHANICS OF THE PROGRAM (AN OVERVIEW): Once mento
 r/mentee teams are matched\, the mechanics of the mentor program will be d
 iscussed in more details. Teams would be required to develop their mentors
 hip (SMART) goals\, length of their engagements and the frequency of meeti
 ngs.
