 In this presentation\, we will focus on t
 he daily flow of work against the backdrop of long-term improvements broug
 ht about by Project Managers. Often\, operational managers are simply tryi
 ng to survive a whirlwind of activity called a workday. At the same time\,
  Project Managers are tasked with improving the overall operations. Though
  these two teams seek the same outcome\, the focus required to accomplish 
 the different roles can cause friction that may negatively impact the proc
 ess we are trying to improve.
 How can we bridge the gap between long-ter
 m solutions and short-term operations metrics? Can two teams of profession
 als really come together to benefit the overall mission? Bob believes the
