 eam’s output and deliver results. One way to do this is through creating
  conditions that are conducive to collaboration. Multiple studies of the m
 odern workplace reveal teams that have the necessary skills to collaborate
  effectively largely outperform those which don’t. This session will exp
 lore what collaboration really is and how we can do it more effectively.
