As organizations become more global and generationally diverse, leaders must navigate increasingly complex cultural dynamics within their teams. Today’s workforce may span multiple national cultures and up to five, and potentially seven, generations by 2050, each bringing different values, expectations, and communication styles.
This presentation explores how culture influences what we see, how we collaborate, and how teams perform. It highlights the leadership implications of managing across both national cultures and generational differences. It provides practical actions leaders can take to build cultural awareness, align teams around shared behaviors, and foster inclusive environments.
Participants will learn how intentional cultural design and inclusive leadership practices can transform diversity into a powerful driver of collaboration, innovation, and organizational growth.
