 roject schedule using MS Project\, focusing on both the Waterfall and Hybr
 id methodologies.&nbsp\; We'll cover the following topics\, and have an op
 en floor time so participants can ask questions and share some of their be
 st practices:
 
 Setting up the core phases\, and common project tasks

  Walkthrough all of the task field settings
 Discuss best practices such 
 as the 8/80 guildeline\, setting up predecessors
 Demonstrate resource as
 signments and allocations
 Basic views/reports
 Baselining

 using screen sharing via Zoom\, so online participation is highly encourag
 ed.&nbsp\; The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent on the day of the eve
 nt to those who register.
