PMI Midlands already has an opportunity for you to gain the knowledge to expand your leadership skills and get a jump start gathering some of those Leadership PDUs.
Beginning September 12, 2015, PMI Midlands will host a five-session Leadership series. The sessions will be held on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings through April 2016.

10.24.2015 Developing your Leadership Skills 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.*
2.20.2016 Change Management and Lean Thinking 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.*
3.12.2016 Characteristics of Effective Leaders 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.*
4.7.2016 Working in the Team Environment 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.*
*Registration will begin 30 minutes prior to start time

- Qualities of leaders and measuring Leadership Style
- The Team-Building Process
- Motivating for better performance and fostering collaboration
- Change Management concepts tools to help manage the people side of their projects.

- Earn up to sixteen (16) leadership PDUs - twice the amount required in a 3 year certification period.

- In addition - even though PMI’s new PDU process doesn’t take effect until December 1, 2015 - PDUs earned from the Leadership Series can be credited towards the new requirements.
