PMI Midlands already has an opportunity for you to gain the knowledge to expand your leadership skills and get a jump start gathering some of those Leadership PDUs.

Beginning September 12, 2015, PMI Midlands will host a five-session Leadership series. The sessions will be held on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings through April 2016.

*Registration will begin 30 minutes prior to start time

  • Qualities of leaders and measuring Leadership Style
  • The Team-Building Process
  • Motivating for better performance and fostering collaboration
  • Change Management concepts tools to help manage the people side of their projects.

  • Earn up to sixteen (16) leadership PDUs - twice the amount required in a 3 year certification period.
  • Project Professionals share the benefit of their extensive experience.
  • Benefit from Toastmasters’ award winning curriculum of seminars.
  • In addition - even though PMI’s new PDU process doesn’t take effect until December 1, 2015 - PDUs earned from the Leadership Series can be credited towards the new requirements.
