Time Management – Making the most of every minute.

Workshop Objective(s):

Guest Speaker -  MarkBaldino will focus on how to make the most of everyday.   Spending your time on the areas, where your focus is necessary, and minimizing time spent on unproductive tasks.  This will be centered on the project management methodology and life/work balance. 

Workshop Speaker Bio

Mark Baldino, PMP
Is currently a Call Center Solutions Engineer with TD Bank, and a member of the Contact Center Team (The best team) in the US. They currently support all US based Contact Center systems. They are a very diverse group with many different skill sets.
He started with the bank 15 years ago (Carolina First Bank) as a Technical Analyst, and then as an IT/Telecom Project Manager.  He loves working with technology, and enjoys troubleshooting problems and coming up with the solution.  He enjoys learning new technology and using that technology to improve the way we do our jobs.
He received his PMP in 2008, ITIL V3 Foundation in 2010, and Six Sigma Green Belt in 2011.  He holds various Cisco certifications related to Networking and Unified Communications.  He continuously learns within the Project Management and Technology fields, trying to keep himself proficient and knowledgeable.
He’s in a great relationship with his better half, Deanna, and have a GREAT son; Mark Jr. who’s a senior attending the College of Charleston.  When he’s not working, he spends a lot of time doing activities with his family, friends, church, walking his dog (and sometimes the cats), and talking to his parrots, Buddy and Lucy.

He loves music, and spends a lot of his time listening to Country and Christian music, and playing his Guitar!
